The ECS Online Order Experience

If you choose to order online with ECS Coffee Inc, all of your orders are handled by a professional team at our head office! And they sit right outside the door of Neil...who hears everything! We are like a family and here to help each other out and help you if you need us. For starters, when you provide your Credit Card information on our website, we are not actually seeing that number. No one in our organization sees your credit card number. It is securely encrypted and sent to TD Bank Merchant Services. They are the ones that then send us a message saying it is approved. We do not store that information anywhere. Alternatively, we accept Paypal which is one of the most secure ways to shop online.Secondly, you will notice that the URL bar at the top of the webpage says https instead of http and that it is green! Wonder why? Simply put, this is the highest level of security available for websites and you will see most top tier companies using this secure browsing method to protect you.

But if this is still making you nervous, you can call us. If you are more comfortable over the phone, we are okay with that too!

 

But what happens with the order once we get it? Simply put, our internal system of checks and balances gets your order entered, picked, checked, double checked and packed carefully by our team. If we are missing an item, we will contact you with alternatives, including refunding your order. If the order gets to us by 2pm EST it will ship that day...(Monday to Friday of course) All weekend orders ship the first day back. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can find out where your package is. Most of the time we use Fedex Ground but we sometimes use alternate couriers when appropriate. And remember, you get free shipping when you spend $100 or more! The best part is...you can always call or email us. We are in Canada, we are real people, we have real locations and we have a real team of people dedicated to helping you. So thanks for considering us.
